I went with 4 layers instead of five as I thought that was enough.
On advice from the birthday cake boy chocolate butter cream instead of strawberry.
I also filled the layers with Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves
The same cakes were made a month later for my daughter's birthday: (with strawberry butter cream this time (and only two layers, strawberry and vanilla)
